I've purchased approximately 500 acres of land (vs. 17 homes) with NONE of the headaches and still own over 380 acres I'm now selling at half price!
I've owned the majority of my land for at least a decade. I've even set up my Terms on my Half Price Land for up to 30 years for those wanting these decades of time built into their purchase! Imagine how much more this land will be worth in 2, 5, 10, or 30 more years ESPECIALLY since I am selling it now at HALF Price!
