My 20-acre parcel is a couple miles north of Lake Havasu City AND 6 miles east of Lake Havasu City Airport.  The Marker on the GIS Map is the center of my 20-acre parcel!

The only way to get to this property is plugging in as least one of the coordinates into GPS (preferably either the southwest or northwest coordinate).  AND you may need an all-terrain vehicle, SUV, Jeep, etc.  There is what looks like a road up to Paso de Oro Dr.
As far as directions go, the following is the best I could do utilizing Google Maps:
From AZ-95 South (near airport):
=> Turn Left onto Palo Verde Blvd N
=> Turn Left onto Desert Garden Dr
=> Turn Left onto N Kiowa Blvd
=> Turn Left onto Bison Blvd
=> A few more Left turns up thru Paso de Oro Dr.
After that, it would be a straight shot but there are no roads that I can tell leading there.  This is a very remote/rural area.  And Google Maps output an address of 4870 E 6500 North St when I copy/pasted the Northwest coordinate (34°35’43.2″N 114°15’34.9″W). Not sure about the address being correct [there’s nothing there], but the marker seems to be at the right location.  See below:
